National Criminal History Record Checks (NCHRC)

Individuals may request a NCHRC on themselves. For example, a person may be required to present a National Criminal History Record Check Certificate as part of a pre-employment screening, as a pre-requisite for volunteer work, to apply for a visa, or to satisfy a statutory requirement.

Processing Time

Upon receipt of cleared funds and the necessary signed/completed forms, NCHRC process time can be:

Check confirming no record - will take approximately 24 - 48 business hours to complete
Checks with record - may take up to 5 Business days

How to Obtain Your National Criminal History Record Check (NCHRC)

1. Download Individual National Criminal History Check Form



2. Complete forms.



3. Have signature and proof of ID certified by a Justice of the Peace (JP), a Public Notary (Public Officer, Practicing Solicitor or Attorney),  a Police Officer, Public Officer etc..



4. Send completed, signed forms by Express Post or Registered Post to:
